1. Nature of Our Services

Homestead provides general educational workshops, administrative document organising support, and access to informational resource materials. All services are designed for shared learning and household tidiness purposes.

• Family Conversation Skills Workshop — a group educational session on general communication and listening skills. It is not a counselling, therapeutic, or mediation service of any kind.
• Household Document Organising — an administrative session to help gather and label common household paperwork. This is an organising and information support service only.
• Ongoing Resource Membership — periodic organising support and access to general informational guides on everyday family processes. All materials are general and informational only.

Nothing provided by Homestead — in person, in writing, or through any materials — constitutes personal, professional, financial, or any other form of individual advice or guidance tailored to your specific circumstances.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry through our website contact form or by calling our office directly. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us by email or phone.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking at our reasonable discretion without obligation to give a reason.

Please ensure that all details you provide at the time of booking are accurate. We cannot be responsible for difficulties arising from incorrect contact information or scheduling details provided by you.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current service prices are:

Prices are subject to change. Any change will be communicated before a booking is confirmed. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session date will receive a full refund or session credit, at your choice.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session date will receive a session credit valid for 6 months, but no cash refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the session date are non-refundable and non-creditable.

4.2 Rescheduling by You

You may request to reschedule a session up to 5 days before the original date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the session may not be accommodated.

4.3 Cancellations by Homestead

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date at your preference.

5. Membership Terms

The Ongoing Resource Membership is billed annually. Membership begins on the date of your first payment and runs for 12 calendar months.

• Membership is personal and non-transferable to another individual.
• Membership may be cancelled in writing at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership period.
• We reserve the right to update or vary the materials and resources available under the membership. We will notify active members of significant changes in advance.

Membership renewal is not automatic. We will contact you ahead of the renewal date to confirm your preference.

6. Conduct & Participation

All participants are expected to engage with our sessions in a respectful and considerate manner. Homestead reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or causes discomfort to others. In such cases, no refund will be offered.

Group workshops rely on a cooperative atmosphere. Please arrive on time and come prepared to engage with general educational content.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, handouts, and resources provided during sessions or through the membership are the intellectual property of Homestead. They are shared for personal household use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials with third parties, in print or digitally, without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Homestead's services are general and educational in nature. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions made by participants based on information or materials encountered during our sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Homestead's total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, opportunity, or data.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
